Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging.

 

Returns Process

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please be advised that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

To facilitate a smooth return process and remain eligible for a full refund, customers are required to provide clear photographic evidence of all items being returned prior to dispatch. This should include an image of the items inside the package at the shipping location before it is sent.

This verification allows us to confirm that all items are included and to process refunds efficiently. Failure to provide photo confirmation may result in delays or partial refunds in cases where returned items cannot be fully verified.

Damages and issues

Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt and notify us promptly if you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Timely communication allows us to assess the issue thoroughly and take appropriate corrective action as quickly as possible.

To assist with the evaluation process, we kindly request that you provide clear photographic evidence along with an unboxing video showing the condition of the package and its contents upon arrival. This documentation helps us verify the issue accurately and ensures a more efficient resolution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that certain categories of items are not eligible for return, including custom or made-to-order products (such as personalised items) and personal care goods (including beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and free from any damage. If you are unsure whether your item meets these requirements or have any questions, please contact us for further assistance.

Please also be advised that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and are not eligible for refunds.




Exchanges/ returns

We hope you are pleased with your purchase; however, we understand that there may be occasions where an item does not meet expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or a full refund, excluding any applicable shipping charges.

Return Timeframe:
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. Items returned outside of this period may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return:
To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and, where possible, adding shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing:
Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected before the refund is processed. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, and it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.


European Union 7 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
